Return and Exchanges

Each of our items is made by hand by skilled artisans in a remote village in India, so no two are identical.

Since handcrafted items lack the consistency of factory-made ones, a little asymmetrical pattern should not be seen as a defect. Unlike mass-produced goods, which strive for consistency, handmade items always have that fun element of the unknown.

Despite these caveats, you can return your item to Coshal for an exchange, refund, or store credit (for qualifying product categories) if you're unhappy with it.

Products purchased in physical stores or through third-party marketplaces are not eligible for the exchange. As mentioned earlier, return or refund policies are exclusive to those made through our official website (www.coshal.com).

Within 7 days of delivery, you can return or exchange any full-priced (not on sale) item purchased from Coshal for a full refund or exchange. A customer will be eligible for a refund or exchange if a Quality Check process reveals a manufacturing problem or the item(s) received do not match the description.

You must contact Customer Service or email us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or missing item(s) or if you discover a manufacturing problem.

To return or exchange an item, the following requirements must be met:



The returned item(s) are in resalable condition (not washed, altered, or damaged) and still have the original barcode and MRP tags attached.
Coshal retains the authority to assess if an item has been washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

Reverse Pick Up Policy

We provide our customers with a simple, no-hassle Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of purchase, but also during the Returns & Refunds process. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to make the process easier, save time, and reassure you about your order.

 

  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/ exchanges.
  • Please ensure that all the returned item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • The item(s) for reverse pick up will be picked up within 7 business days from the date of request.
  • After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
  • Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to return the item(s) back to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice.
  • If customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.
  • We do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.
  • In case of wrong product delivered or manufacturing defects, the customer must dispatch (self-ship) the product to Coshal.

 

 

For all countries other than India, the reverse shipping address is as per the original invoice.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

 

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
  • Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

 

    No Refunds Will Be Given In Case Of International Shipments, If:

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
    • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
    • Package refused by recipient.
